Salon Training
In 2001 Kerrie Monk and Racheal Mahon collaborated to launch a business initiative that benchmarked the hairdressing industry in Dubbo.
Kerrie and Racheal decided that with over thirty years combined experience there were benefits to be gained both financially and culturally by combining their already successful salons. This enabled them to take their salon to the next level in the professional service and staff development.
From the outset their aim was to create a vibrant and energetic culture for Fuze. This is evident when you enter their newly renovated Fuze salon in Boundary Road, South Dubbo.
The salon has been designed to incorporate in-salon training. All central work stations are portable and can therefore be removed entirely to open the floor space to accommodate seating for up to 50 people comfortably. There are 14 fully functional work stations for hands on workshops. PowerPoint presentations can be presented on the large flat-screen television by prior arrangement as with catering and any additional personal requirements.
